Research Areas & TechnologiesThis PhD project will contribute to the development of next-generation generative models for multimodal biological data using:• Diffusion models• Flow matching• Self-supervised learning• Autoregressive models• Causal machine learning• Graph neural networks• Neural ODEs and SDEs• Large language and sequence models• Multimodal data integration Who Should Apply?The programme is seeking highly motivated students with:• Strong background in Machine Learning or AI• Solid programming skills• Interest in applying computational methods to biology and medicine Prior knowledge of biology or medicine is not required.
